07.18.17 WASHINGTON (TUESDAY, July 18, 2017) - The U.S. Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development Tuesday approved fiscal year 2018 funding legislation that totals $38.4 billion in discretionary budget authority, which is $629 million more than the fiscal year 2017 level and $3.4 billion above the President's requested level.
